Informational service
HVRA Tracker presents received ADS-B broadcasts, public records, geographic information, and analytical estimates. It is not an air-traffic-control, navigation, emergency, legal, regulatory, or certified acoustic-measurement service. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.
Membership and billing
Advanced membership costs $5 per month unless a different price is clearly shown at checkout. It renews automatically until canceled. Billing is processed by Stripe. You may cancel through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, partial billing periods are not prorated.
Availability and fair use
Service availability is not guaranteed. We may temporarily limit expensive queries, live polling, automated access, or abusive traffic to protect ADS-B collection and other users. Do not use the service to track, threaten, harass, or target individuals.
Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and account activity. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend access for abuse, attempted circumvention, fraud, or material violation of these terms.
